Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client may affect delivery timelines.
Fees, billing cadence, and payment terms are set out in the individual client agreement or invoice. Late or non-payment may result in suspension of active services until resolved.
Services such as WhatsApp Business, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GMB depend on third-party platforms (Meta, Google, and others) whose own terms of service, approval processes, and policy changes are outside VRUUSHAL's control. We are not responsible for platform-level suspensions, policy changes, or outages that affect service delivery.
Stats, benchmarks, and case study figures referenced on this site reflect results from specific past engagements and are provided for illustration. They are not a guarantee of results for any future engagement, as outcomes depend on factors including budget, market conditions, and the client's existing assets.
Content on this website, including copy, design, and branding, belongs to VRUUSHAL unless otherwise noted. Deliverables created specifically for a client under a signed agreement are governed by the ownership terms in that agreement.
Both VRUUSHAL and the client agree to keep confidential business information shared during an engagement private, except where disclosure is required by law or agreed to in writing.
To the extent permitted by law, VRUUSHAL's liability for any claim arising from these terms or a client engagement is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. VRUUSHAL is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Either party may terminate an active engagement in accordance with the notice period set out in the specific client agreement. This website's terms remain in effect for as long as you continue to access the site.
